Abstract:
The present invention relates to a food concentrating apparatus having a small size and capable of extracting and concentrating a large amount of food in a short period of time, the apparatus comprising: a concentrator main body having a cover at the top thereof and a storage space therein and divided into inner and outer containers with a space therebetween, wherein the cover can be opened and closed and has a vapor outlet formed through the cover, and the storage space stores a raw material to be concentrated; a condensation unit connected with the vapor outlet of the concentrator main body to cool and condense vapor released from the vapor outlet; and a condensed-liquid storage unit connected with the lower side of the condensation unit to store the liquid condensed by the condensation unit, wherein a heater for heating the raw material is disposed on the lower side of the space between the inner and outer containers of the concentrator main body.
