Abstract:
This food cooling method includes: a dehumidification step mainly for dehumidifying food through cooling of the food by means of cold air of a first blowing temperature at which frosting does not occur at the fins of a heat exchanger; and a cooling step for mainly cooling the food, which has undergone the dehumidification step, through cooling by means of cold air of a second blowing temperature which is lower than the first blowing temperature and at which frosting occurs at the fins.
