A food cutting apparatus comprises a frame (1), a main body (5) and a blade body (25). The main body is set on the frame. The food cutting apparatus further comprises a lifting device (21) and a locking structure (20). The lifting device pushes the main body to move vertically. The blade body is fixed on the frame by the locking structure.
