Description:
FOOD AND DESSERT STEAM PREPARATION APPLIANCE

THE DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

Invention subject area:

This invention is related to the mixer device with the steam generator, in order to mix various food and dessert on steam heat. The international classification of the item is A47J 43/04, A 47J 43/07, A4743/06.

Technical problem

During the food and dessert preparation process, it is often necessary to perform long mixing of the food mixture in order for mixture to become homogenous and thermally processed. It is often not possible to prepare homogenous mixture at the room temperature, so it is necessary to heat the mixture mass where the temperature and speed of heating are critical variables. This is usually achieved by heating the mixture mass on water steam which is produced below the pot in which mixing is performed.

The mixer devices that exist today do not have capability of mixing the mixture on steam. This goal will be achieved by this invention.

Technical field

All existing dessert preparation techniques are based on mixing ingredients at room temperature, which does not always yield desired outcome. There are various techniques of using increased rotation of agitator, usage of various types of agitators as well as various types of rotating mixing pots etc.

Interpretation of the essence of the invention

The primary goal of this invention is to produce steam that heats mixer pot where the necessary substances are mixed. These substances need additional temperature for production of homogenous and thermally processed mass.

Below the mixing pot, there is an additional pot with water where the heater is placed. Once heater is turned on, the water is heated and the heat is transferred on the walls of the mixer pot in which the mass is being mixed. The heater can be regulated by using potentiometer and voltage regulator, as well as by using thermostat with voltage regulator or by placing thermostatic switch. The regulation can also be achieved by using computer or other types of regulation used in technical field.

It is important that all these types of regulation ensure that there is no large fluctuation in steam temperature that is used for mixture heating. The interchangeable heating and cooling of steam is not very good for the mixture.

It is necessary to ensure that steam heats the bottom, as well as all sides of the pot where mixing is being performed and condensate produced on the walls of the mixing pot must flow back to pot with water.

The entire appliance is placed on anti-sliding support in order to prevent sliding of the appliance from the working surface as well as to prevent transfer of the heat from the appliance to the surface where appliance is placed on.

The mixer must take in the air for its cooling from the side where water steam is not present.

Short Drawings Description

Drawing la is the stand for mixer device in A-A cross section which shows the bottom of the mixer stand

Drawing 2 is potentiometer and voltage regulator heater regulation schematics

Drawing 3 is thermostatic regulator heater regulation schematics

Drawing 4 is thermostatic switch heater regulation schematics

Drawing 5 is computer regulated heater regulation schematics.

The Detailed Description of One of the Possible Invention Work Principles

It is important to emphasize that Drawing 1 shows the example of food and dessert steam preparation appliance. More precisely, Drawing 1 shows mixer 1, mixer stand 11 with rotating mixing pot 2 which are placed on steam generation pot 12. There are one or more openings 9 that enable steam to pass from pot 12 to mixing pot 2 on the bottom side of mixer stand 11. Openings 9 can be in different number, sizes and shapes.

The pot 12 can be made in different shapes from materials used and known in technical field and must be compatible to mixer 1 and mixer stand 11. On pot 12 are symbols for minimum and maximum quantities of water necessary for the operation of pot 12. The pot 12 can be attached to mixer stand 11 via dividing connection 8 or it can be integral part of mixer stand 11, without the possibility of separation.

Drawing 1 shows switch 3 on the appliance that can be used to turn appliance off or on, socket 4 for plugging in the mixer, electrical cable 6 in order to plug it in electrical network, seal 10 on the connection between pot 12 and stand 11, and anti-sliding support 5.

The detailed description of operation: the food ingredients are poured in mixing pot while water is poured in the steam generation pot. The mixer 1 is plugged into socket 4 while connection cable 6 is plugged into electrical network and process of heating is started by switching on switch 3. Water is heated, while steam is passing through openings 9 to mixing pot 2 and heats pot 2 and at the same time mixing process is underway in pot 2. The pot 12 is placed on anti-sliding support 5 and is placed on working surface. The steam generating pot 12 is buckled with buckles 8 to mixer stand 11. In-between them there is seal 10 that prevent loss of heat into the surroundings. The part of steam that heats pot 2 comes to the edge 7 of the pot where is condensed and partially drops down, while it partially flows down the pot 2 back to steam generating pot 12. This process is continuously repeated.

The regulation of the heater in pot 12 can be achieved in several ways. One possibility is to use potentiometer and voltage regulator placed on the box of the steam generation pot. It is used for the regulation of the working temperature of the appliance. The second possibility is regulated thermostat. The third possibility is placement of thermostatic switch. The possible regulation can be achieved by computer 13 that can have memorized mixing process or can be connected to the Internet so regulation can be managed from long distance. The operation of the heater can be achieved also by other known process used in the technical field.

Use of Invention

The invention enables simple and safe use of the appliance in practice, while the results of preparation technology are more than satisfactory.
