Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a food that encourages the proliferation of bifidobacteria inside the intestines and thereby improves the intraintestinal environment. A food for improving the intraintestinal environment. The food is a combination of: (1) an enteric-coated composition that contains an amino acid or a salt thereof; and (2) an indigestible polysaccharide or a composition that contains an indigestible polysaccharide.
