Abstract:
The present invention addresses a problem of fabricating a fabricated food item with high accuracy. A discharge head (40) discharges intermittently a fabrication material for fabricating a fabricated food item, the fabrication material being fluid at the time of discharge. A data generation unit (11) generates slice data for fabricating the fabricated food item. A discharge control unit (13) controls discharge of the fabrication material by the discharge head (40) on the basis of the slice data generated by the data generation unit (11).
