Abstract:
To provide a food packaging film and food container with which it is possible to guarantee, even when stored for a long period, a standard for the number of lactic acid bacteria by supplementing lactic acid bacteria in advance, and to prevent growth of other bacteria by the lactic acid bacteria laminated on the inner surface of the container or the film, thereby improving the preservability of food. In order to achieve this, in, e.g., a food packaging film (1) for packaging food, a bacteria layer (3) containing bacteria is laminated on one surface in the thickness direction of a sheet-shaped film substrate (2).
