Abstract:
A food printer capable of monitoring a raw material box, comprising a frame (1), a printing device (2) mounted on the frame (1) and able to horizontally move, and a main control chip (3) electrically connected to the printing device (2); the printing device (2) comprises a print head (21), and a raw material box (22) detachably embedded in the print head (21) and used for storing a food material; the main control chip (3) is connected to a data server by means of network, and the main control chip (3) further comprises an input device for inputting information about the raw material box, and an information storage for storing the information about the raw material box. By effectively controlling the source of the raw material box (22) and monitoring in real time information such as whether the raw material box (22) expires, food safety can be better ensured, avoiding food safety problems, for example, raw materials expire or deteriorate.
