Abstract:
The present invention discloses a food processing device (100, 100') comprising: a screw (310, 310') with spiral ribs (312) on surface of the screw (310, 310'), spiral gaps (314) being defined as the cavity spacing between the spiral ribs (312) for conveying food material as the screw (310, 310') rotates along an axis of rotation;first and second scraping members (328a, 328a', 328b, 328b') having a plurality of protrusions (328at, 328bt, 328ab, 328bb) and being capable of moving reciprocally along a direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation, so that the protrusions (328at, 328bt, 328ab, 328bb) of the first or second scraping member (328a, 328a', 328b, 328b') are capable of moving towards or away from the spiral gaps(314); and a movement coordination mechanism module allowing the second scraping member (328b, 328b') to move towards the screw (310, 310') when the protrusions (328at, 328ab) of the first scraping member (328a, 328a') are pushed away from the spiral gaps (314), and allowing the first scraping member (328a, 328a') to move towards the screw (310, 310') when the protrusions (328bt, 328bb) of the second scraping member (328b, 328b') are pushed away from the spiral gaps (314), wherein at any time, the protrusions (328at, 328bt, 328ab, 328bb) of only one of the first and second scraping members (328a, 328a', 328b, 328b') are pushed away from the spiral gaps (314) by the spiral ribs as the screw (310, 310') rotates.
