Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a food processing roller capable of improving the property of biting into raw materials and of processing raw materials efficiently and capable of maintaining favorable bite properties over an extended time.
The food processing roller is a food processing roller (1) that deforms or crushes food, and is characterized by comprising a plurality of depressions (2) that are formed scattered on the surface by way of dulling by laser machining.
Furthermore, a manufacturing method for the food processing rollers is a manufacturing method for the food processing rollers (1) that deform or crush food, and is characterized by forming an overlay layer (24) on the surface of the roller-shaped base material (22) and forming, by way of a laser, a plurality of depressions (2), scattered on the surface of the overlay layer (24).
