Abstract:
A food processor with a residue collecting function comprises a motor (10), a blade shaft (8), blades (7), a bowl (1), and a body (11). The motor (10) is disposed inside the body (11). The motor (10) drives the blades (7) inside the bowl (1). The blades (7) rotate to process food materials inside the bowl (1). A diversion component (4) and a separation portion (3) are disposed inside the bowl (1). The diversion component (4) and the separation portion (3) communicate with each other, and are integrally, fixedly, or removably connected to each other, or split-configured. The diversion component (4) is provided with a diversion port (6). The separation portion (3) is provided with a liquid discharge hole (2). When the blades (7) rotate in either of two directions, the diversion component (4) rotates synchronously with the blades (7) and rotates freely. When the blades (7) reverse-rotate, liquid food materials in the bowl (1) are driven by the blades (7) and/or a pump-like mechanism to enter the diversion component (4) through the diversion port (6), and then enter the separation portion (3) through the diversion component (4). Liquid of the liquid food materials is discharged from the liquid discharge hole (2) to the outside of the separation portion (3), and at least part of the residue is collected in the separation portion (3).
