Abstract:
A food product laser marker device, comprising a laser marker (1), a magnetic fluid lifting/lowering device (2), a conveyor (3), and a controller (4); the laser marker (1) comprises a main controller (5), a laser power supply (6), a cooling system (7), an optical system (8), and a control system (9); the magnetic fluid lifting/lowering device (2) comprises a container (10), a floating body (11), a guide rod (12), a magnetic fluid (13), and an electromagnetic coil (14); the controller (4) comprises a distance measuring sensor (22), a limit sensor (23), and a positioning sensor (24). The food product laser marker device utilizes a laser print head to print a laser label at a printing position on a food product, thereby improving anti-counterfeiting effectiveness; at the same time, the optical system of the laser marker is suspended on the magnetic fluid, thereby reducing the effect of vibration on the optical system.
