Abstract:

[Problem] To increase trustworthiness for a consumer with regard to a commercial good and to enable a consumer to select a commercial good with ease of mind. [Solution] Provided is a retort pouch 2 that contains a food product 1, and a retort pouch material enclosure body 5. A film 4 is enclosed in the retort pouch material enclosure body 5, the film 4 which has the same material as the retort pouch 2 and is heated under the same conditions during a heat sterilization treatment and during cooking of the retort pouch food product.
