Abstract:
The invention can be used for the food industry, namely as a baby food. The inventive food product comprises a milk base, vitamins of group A and /or of groups D and/or E, and/or of groups B and/or C and microelements. In addition, said food comprises nicotinic acid in a quantity ranging from 0.001 to 10 mass %. A sour milk whey is used as the milk base. The following compositions are used as the microelements: a sodium lactate 1.0-3.0 mass %, potassium lactate 0.1-2.0 mass %, magnesium lactate 0.05-0.5 mass %, calcium lactate 0.1-2.0 mass %, ferrum lactate 0.001-0.01 mass %, manganese lactate 0.0001-0/0005 mass %, cobalt lactate 0/0001-0,0005 mass %, nickel lactate 0/0001-0/0005 mass %, chromium lactate 0.0001-0,001 mass %, zinc lactate 0.0001-0.0002 mass %, cupric lactate 0.0001-0.0002 mass %. The food product can also contain selenium in quantity ranging from 0.0001-0.0002 mass %.
