Abstract:
A food slicer (10) comprises a container cup (20), a fixed base (30) installed in the container cup, a support member (40) installed on the container cup, a locking device (50) installed in the support member, a threaded rod cutter (60) passing through the support member and locking device, and a hand-operated mechanism (70). The locking device comprises an elastic component (51), a moving frame (52), a shaft sleeve (53), two sliding thread cover halves (54), and a screw cover (55). One end of the elastic component is configured to abut against the support member, and the other end of the elastic component is configured to abut against the moving frame. The sliding thread cover halves are slidably disposed on the shaft sleeve and connected to the moving frame. The screw cover is configured to abut against the moving frame. Turning the screw cover can drive the sliding thread cover halves to slide into the shaft sleeve and match with the threaded rod cutter, or drive the sliding thread cover halves to slide out of the shaft cover and separate from the threaded rod cutter. The slicer can implement mechanical slicing, saving time and ensuring slicing quality.
