Abstract:
Provided is a food slurry distributor, comprising: a container (1), used for being filled with food slurry; a cylinder (2), provided with a cavity (21), a feeding channel (22) communicating the cavity (21) with the container (1), and a discharging channel (23) communicating the cavity (21) with the outside; a valve core (3), fitted with the cavity (21) in a sealed manner, and provided with an air exhaust position staggered with the discharging channel (23) and a closing position for blocking the discharging channel (23); and a piston (4), fitted with the cavity (21) in a sealed manner, and provided with a first stroke gradually approaching the valve core (3) and a second stroke gradually leaving the valve core (3), wherein when in the first stroke, the valve core (3) is located at or moves to the air exhaust position, and the piston (4) blocks the feeding channel (22); and when in the second stroke, the valve core (3) is located at or moves to the closing position, and an inner cavity between the piston (4) and the valve core (3) comes into communication with the feeding channel (22) when the piston (4) moves by a pre-set distance. In the food slurry distributor, the amount of the squeezed food slurry is determined according to the size of the volume between the piston and the valve core when the first stroke of the piston is finished, so that the amount remains fixed during repeated operations.
