Abstract:
A food transport device, used for mouniting in a fermentation chamber. During operation, the food transport device may be mounted in a fermentation chamber having a large space, and the temperature in the fermentation chamber is suitable for fermentation of packaging blanks. The food transport device comprises a rack (9), a guide rail (1) and a transport carrier. The guide rail (1) is mounted on the rack (9) and winds in a spiral structure in the vertical direction, or in other words, the guide rail (1) is stacked and winds in a spiral structure. The transport carrier is arranged in the extending direction of the guide rail (1) and used for transporting package blanks to move in the extending direction of the guide rail (1). As the guide rail (1) winds in a spiral structure in the vertical direction, the length of the guide rail (1) is extended, so that the food transport device may accommodate more package blanks for fermentation in the fermentation chamber, and the occupied area of the food transport device is reduced. Not only are the package blanks transported by the food transport device, but the package blanks may be taken out of the food transport device after fermentation, thereby reducing the workload.
