Abstract:
The present invention relates to a food tray washer in which soiled food trays are automatically supplied in a stack and the supplied food trays are cleanly washed and automatically discharged. The food tray washer according to the present invention comprises: a main body; a conveyor for conveying food trays from an inlet to an outlet of the main body; a plurality of food tray separation shafts rotatably arranged at both sides of the conveyor; and a food tray separation and supply unit which enables the side portion of the lowermost food tray placed on a separation guide to be inserted into the open gap of the separation guide such that the food tray is separated from the food trays stacked on the separation guide and supplied to the conveyor during the rotation of the food tray separation shafts. The food tray separation and supply unit enables the side portion of the food tray to be inserted into the open gap of the separation guide such that the stacked food tray is separated and supplied to the conveyor during the rotation of the plurality of food tray separation shafts. The food tray washer comprises: a horizontal food tray sensing unit for sensing the horizontal condition of the food tray supplied from the food tray separation and supply unit and placed on the conveyor; and a washing unit having a plurality of brushes arranged between the inlet and the outlet of the main body so as to wash the food tray being conveyed by the conveyor.
