Abstract:
The present invention relates to a food waste pulverizing/dewatering device and, more particularly, to a food waste pulverizing/dewatering device capable of applying pressure to food waste while pulverizing the food waste into a predetermined size, capable of easily discharging food waste effluent, which is included in the food waste, with little force, and capable of reducing the volume of the food waste to the largest extent by making the food waste, from which the food waste effluent has been removed, have a constant size. The present invention, described above, is characterized by comprising: an outer barrel unit formed by an outer barrel, which can store food waste effluent from food waste, and which has an open upper portion; an inner barrel unit, which has an inner barrel formed to straddle over the upper end of the outer barrel of the outer barrel unit, and which has a cover formed on the outer portion of the inner barrel, the cover having a discharge hole formed therein and a guide hole formed at the center of the upper end thereof; a pressurizing unit having an outer rod formed thereon, the outer rod moving up/down in the guide hole formed at the center of the cover of the inner barrel unit, the outer rod having a key groove formed on the lower end thereof, the pressurizing unit having a key rod formed thereon, the key rod moving up/down in the inner barrel and having a key formed on the upper end thereof, the pressurizing unit having a pressurizing plate formed to be connected while being inserted into the lower end of the outer rod, and the pressurizing unit having multiple pressurizing gears and gear grooves repeatedly formed on the inner-diameter portion at the center of the bottom surface of the pressurizing plate; and a pulverizing unit having a connecting rod contained on the inner-diameter portion of the key rod such that a blade plate, which has a blade fixed beneath the same, can be moved up/down on the inner-diameter portion of the bottom surface of the pressurizing plate by the pressurizing unit, and the pulverizing unit having multiple rotating gears and moving grooves repeatedly formed on the lower end of the connecting rod and on the outer-diameter portion of a gear protrusion, which protrudes from the center of the upper side of the blade plate, so as to mesh inside the gear grooves.
