Abstract:
The present invention relates to a food waste disposal apparatus including a hydrolysis device for anaerobic digestion. The food waste disposal apparatus of the present invention comprises: a storage vessel for storing wastewater; an internal decomposition vessel which is installed within the storage vessel, and enables organic waste introduced therein to be decomposed by microorganisms for a predetermined time period; a spray device which is installed within the internal decomposition vessel, and sprays steam and wastewater at a high pressure to crush solid organic wastes; and a circulation device which continuously supplies and circulates the wastewater stored in the spray device.
