Abstract:
A food waste disposal apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a food waste feeder (110) having an open top and bottom through which food waste can be fed; a crushing housing (140) connected to the lower part of the food waste feeder (110); a pair of crushing modules (120) disposed to be arranged side by side within the crushing housing (140); a transfer case (150) coupled to the crushing housing (140); a transfer screw module (130) disposed within the transfer case (150) so as to be rotatable and spaced apart downward from the crushing modules (120); and a main drive motor (170) supplying power to the crushing modules (120) and the transfer screw module (130), wherein each crushing module (120) includes: a cutter shaft (121); a plurality of unit cutters (122) mounted on the cutter shaft (121); and spacer washers (125) each disposed between the plurality of unit cutters (122), wherein the spacer washer (125) is coupled with the unit cutter (122) such that washer tooth forms (125b) formed on the spacer washer (125) are engaged with cutter tooth forms (123) formed on the inside of the unit cutter (122), whereby the plurality of unit cutters (122) are spaced apart from each other with a predetermined interval therebetween.
