Abstract:
The present invention can provide a food waste disposal apparatus comprising: a housing having an insert hole and a discharge hole; a hopper disposed inside the housing; a transfer part disposed inside the hopper so as to transfer food waste; and a heating part for heating the food waste in the hopper, wherein the hopper includes a first surface and a second surface which face each other, the first surface and the second surface are arranged to be inclined so that the longitudinal distance therebetween increases toward the top thereof, the heating part includes a first heater, a second heater and a hot air supply part, the first heater is disposed on the first surface, the second heater is disposed on the second surface, and the hot air supply part is disposed to be higher than the first surface and the second surface, and blows, to the hopper, some of the exhaust gas discharged from the hopper, so as to heat the food waste.
