Abstract:
Provided is a food waste processing device comprising: a housing having a top portion open for inserting food waste, and a discharge outlet formed on one side thereof for discharging grinded food waste; a grinding cutter, which is provided on the inside of the housing, grinds the food waste inserted into the housing, and has a disk-shaped body with a protruding blade and a bent blade formed on the top thereof; and a motor, which is provided inside the housing, is connected to a second cutter for secondary-grinding the food waste that passed through the grinding cutter, the grinding cutter, and a rotary shaft for rotating the second cutter, and supplies rotating power for rotating the grinding cutter and the second cutter. Therefore, the present invention can finely grind the food waste using the grinding cutter and the second cutter, prevent damage of the cutter and malfunction of the food waste processing device due to foreign substance through the protruding blade of the grinding cutter that filters out the foreign substance, grind fiber material that was expelled to the inside surface of the housing and not grinded thereby using the bent blade of the grinding cutter and a grinding blade of the housing, and prevent the winding of the fiber around the cutter through one side portion of the second cutter being bent. Also, a protrusion and a water obstruct are provided on the inside of the housing to prevent the back flow of the food waste inserted inside the housing and water generated from the grinding of the food waste, a partition wall is formed in an inclining manner inside the housing to enable smooth discharge of the grinded food waste, and a sound generating unit is provided on the outside of the housing to reduce noise generated by the rotation of the grinding cutter and the second cutter when grinding the food waste.
