Abstract:
Disclosed is an invention relating to a food waste treatment apparatus. The food waste treatment apparatus of the present invention comprises: a storage tank unit for storing food waste; a first solid-liquid separation unit for receiving food waste from the storage tank unit, and then rotating same, thereby separating solids and remaining liquids; a second solid-liquid separation unit for, along with the first solid-liquid separation unit, receiving food waste from the storage tank unit, and then rotating same, thereby separating solids and remaining liquids; and a dryer connected to the first solid-liquid separation unit and the second solid-liquid separation unit, and drying the solids discharged from the first solid-liquid separation unit and the second solid-liquid separation unit, wherein at least any one of the first solid-liquid separation unit and the second solid-liquid separation unit is operated.
