Abstract:
The present invention relates to a food wrapping kit comprising a bacteria-specific antibody indicator, a QR code and/or a barcode, and to a technique for identifying on-site the contamination of food by bacteria by using the food wrapping kit. By using the food wrapping kit, a consumer can identify on the site of purchase whether a distributed food is contaminated by bacteria that cause food poisoning. Also, food contamination by bacteria that cause food poisoning can be simply and rapidly detected even during a mass distribution of food, by using the food testing system according to the present invention.
