The present invention relates to a food wrapping manufacturing method and a food wrapping manufactured using the same, in which inorganic powder particles capable of adsorbing gas and moisture are coated on a base material, such as paper, cloth, non-woven fabric, or the like, in order to maintain the freshness of foods. The food wrapping manufacturing method, according to the present invention, restricts the inorganic powder particles capable of adsorbing gas and moisture from settling to the bottom of a storage container or settling to the bottom of a pipe while moving from the storage container to a sprayer (such as nozzle, et cetera) through the pipe, thereby facilitating mass production of wrappings on which a coating solution containing zeolite powder and/or diatomite powder is coated. In addition, since the food wrapping of the present invention has excellent moisture and gas adsorption efficiency thanks to the adsorbability and hygroscopicity of the zeolite powder and the diatomite powder, it is possible to maintain the freshness of foods and to enhance the preservability of foods, and since the coating material is environment-friendly and is not harmful to a human body, the food wrapping of the present invention can be usefully utilized as a food wrapping.
