Abstract:
A foodstuff (40) packing device (10) that comprises: a supply part (20) that supplies the foodstuff (40); a holding part (30) that holds a plurality of pieces of the foodstuff (40) that have been aligned by the supply part (20); and a transport part that transports the plurality of pieces of the foodstuff (40) held by the holding part (30) onto a tray (41). The holding part (30) has a pair of sandwiching members (31) that sandwich the plurality of pieces of the foodstuff (40) from either side thereof in the direction in which the plurality of pieces of the foodstuff (40) are aligned.
