Abstract:
A foot arch stretcher, comprising a support plate (2) and a suspension belt (3), and further comprising a puller (1); support pads (5.1, 5.2) are provided near two ends of one surface of the support plate (2), and the middle part of the other surface of the support plate is provided with an adapting seat (4) for mounting the puller; the puller (1) comprises a beam (1.1), a rotating cylinder (1.2), a limiting shaft (1.31), and a housing (1.3); the limiting shaft (1.31) is provided at the center of the bottom of the housing (1.3); the rotating cylinder (1.2) has a smooth inner side, an outer side provided with threads (1.21), and a top portion provided with a rotating knob or handle (1.22), and is rotatably sleeved on the limiting shaft (1.31); two ends of the beam (1.1) are provided with suspension structures (1.14), and the center of the beam is provided with a circular hole of which the inner diameter matches the outer diameter of the rotating cylinder (1.2); the surface of the circular hole is provided with threads screwed to the rotating cylinder (1.2); the housing (1.3) and the beam (1.1) are provided with a structure for preventing the beam (1.1) from rotating with the rotating cylinder (1.2); the middle part of the suspension belt (3) has a pocket shape, and two ends of the suspension belt can be suspended on two ends of the beam (1.1); during use, the support pads (5.1, 5.2) are respectively placed on the front part of the instep and at the lower one third of the lower leg, the middle part of the suspension belt wraps the heel, two ends of the suspension belt are suspended on two ends of the beam (1.1), and the rotating knob or handle (1.22) is rotated to axially move the beam (1.1) screwed to the rotating cylinder (1.2), so as to vary the pressure applied to the instep, realizing stretching of the ankle ligaments and adjustment of the stretch force.
