Abstract:
A foot fin that has variable stiffness and adjustable propulsion power, comprising a foot fin body (1), said foot fin body (1) comprising a fin blade (101), longitudinal keels (102), and a shoe-shaped pocket (103) that accommodates the foot of a swimmer. The longitudinal keels (102) are located on two longitudinal edges or at a middle region of the fin blade (1), the fin blade (1) and the shoe-shaped pocket (103) are integrated into one body by means of front-and-back docking, and at least one of the longitudinal keels (102) is a longitudinal keel that has variable stiffness.
