Abstract:
Foot swing type roller skates with a novel process comprise aluminum inserts (1), panels (2), anti-wear bottom strips (3), lower bearings, upper bearings, plastic wheel forks (4) with inserts, PU wheels (5), and round insert caps (6). The aluminum inserts (1) are arranged in the panels (2) in an injection molding mode. The front portions of the panels (2) are in a rod shape, the front ends of the panels (2) are cylindrical, the rear portions of the panels (2) are in a flat cylinder shape, the rear ends of the panels (2) are cylindrical, and the middle portion of the panels (2) are in a round sheet shape. The upper sides and the lower sides of the front ends and the rear ends of the front and rear rod-shaped panels (2) are each provided with a counter bore, and the upper counter bores and the lower counter bores are connected with through holes. Two elliptical holes are formed in the round-sheet-shaped bottom face of each panel (2), and the bottom faces of the two sides of the middle portion of the panels (2) are connected with the anti-wear bottom strips (3). The upper bearings and the lower bearings are embedded in the upper counter bores and the lower counter bores. The plastic wheel forks (4) with the inserts are connected with the PU wheels (5), screw barrels of the plastic wheel forks (4) with the inserts are connected with the upper bearings and the lower bearings, the round insert caps (6) are used for locating, so that the round insert caps (6) and the upper counter bores are in barrier-free rotary fit.
