Abstract:
The invention is a foot (10) used in all gas or electrical ovens in furniture, machinery, or white goods sector. The foot (10) comprises a main body (11) of uniform embodiment in order to provide reduction in workmanship costs, time losses and quantity of raw materials used therein, a lower body (12) located under main body (11) easily mountable to main body (11) by rotating and allowing height adjustment of foot (10) by turning in order to allow oven (20) stand in balanced manner, and a base part (13) located in lower part of lower body (12) and providing proper seating of foot (10) onto floor.

CLAIMS

1. A foot (10) used in all gas or electrical ovens in furniture, machinery or white goods sector and characterized by comprising;

• a main body (1 1 ) in a single piece to reduce workmanship costs, reduce time losses and reduce the amount of raw materials used therein,

• a lower body (12) located under main body (1 1 ) easily mountable to main body (1 1 ) by rotating and allowing height adjustment of foot (10) by turning in order to allow oven (20) stand in balanced manner,

• a base part (13) located in lower part of lower body (12) and providing proper seating of foot (10) onto floor,

2. The foot (10) according to claim ^characterized in that the main body (1 1 ) comprises cylindrical outer wall (1 1 1 ) surrounding main body (1 1 ) from outer side.

3. The foot (10) according to claim 2, characterized in that the main body (1 1 ) comprises a cylindrical outer wall (1 1 1 ) and an upper threaded part (1 12) of uniform structure in cylindrical outer wall (1 1 1 ) to provide mounting of feet

(10) to lower base sheet (23) of the oven (20).

The foot (10) according to claim 3, characterized by comprising the lower threaded part (1 13) under upper threaded part (1 12), in uniform structure with upper threaded part (1 12) and cylindrical outer wall (1 11 ) to provide connection of main body (1 1 ) to lower body (12) and provide length adjustment of foot (10).

5. The foot (10) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising threaded part (121 ) in lower body (12) in order to provide connection of main body

(1 1 ) to lower body (12) and conduct foot (20) length adjustment.

6. The foot (10) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising a foot holder (22) placed into main body (1 1 ) to provide mounting of feet (10) to lower base sheet (23) of the oven (20).

DESCRIPTION

Foot used in Ovens

Technical Field

Invention relates to feet used in baking ovens.

This invention particularly relates to foot embodiments used in gas or electrical ovens in furniture, machinery or white goods sector.

Background of the Invention

Today, foot is used in gas burning or electric driven baking ovens in furniture, machinery industry and white goods sector. Feet used in present applications may comprise one single part or more than one part. Extra mounting apparatus is used for assembly of multiple-part feet and extra workforce is required. This creates time loss and results in factors increasing cost such as raw materials. Since four feet are used in an oven considerable amount of production cost is needed for each foot and raw material consumption increases and also running times of plastic injection machines increases.

Feet comprise embodiments produced in single part in order to prevent the above mentioned problems. However, in such case, as entire of feet is produced in single part, oven feet cannot be adjusted, and balancing cannot be provided. In case feet are made from plastic and similar materials, since oven feet are not movable because of slope arising from floor, it is not likely to locate on floor.

In some cases, metal screw feet are used. However, in case of use of metal screw foot, loss of movement function may occur as a result of corrosion (rusting) of metal caused by evaporation and humidity in kitchens by time. In addition, metal feet may get moldy and corrode in time.

In order to solve above problems, some embodiments are disclosed. For instance, patent application numbered TR 2015/13165 discloses an interlocking foot for fast and easy assembly onto oven body, the feet used for keeping mini ovens at preferred height on surface in smooth position. Said foot comprises a body, at least a base located under body and seating on surface, at least two seating extensions located parallel to floor on upper surface of the base and extending outside on both sides of the base, at least one interlocking end comprising at least two extensions located on upper part of base, passing through mounting space and seating o upper side of mounting surface, interlocking into mini oven by staying on upper part of mounting surface, comprising two parts of same geometric form symmetric of each and preventing removal by means of moving to mounting space when tried to remove by applying force. However, said invention does not provide reduction in time loss during manufacturing period and quantity of raw material used therein. Furthermore, it is not easy to locate oven onto floor and make adjustment according to floor.

As a result, it has been necessary to make development in the related art in response to all problems.

Brief Description of the Invention

Present invention relates to foot embodiment used in baking ovens.

Primary purpose of the invention is to disclose a foot embodiment reducing workmanship costs, time losses and quantity of raw material used therein.

Another purpose of the invention is to disclose a foot embodiment reducing working time of plastic injection machines and reducing assembly time periods.

A further purpose of the invention is to disclose a foot embodiment enabling easy placement of oven and conduct of adjustment according to floor.

In order to achieve all purposes given above, the present invention is a foot for use in all baking gas or electrical operating ovens in furniture, machinery industry or white goods sector.

All characteristic features and advantages of the invention will be understood better in detailed descriptions with reference to the figures given below and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations.

Brief Description of Figures

Detailed Description of the Invention

The invention is a foot (10) used in all gas or electrical ovens in furniture, machinery or white goods sector. Said foot comprises

• a main body (1 1 ) in a single piece to reduce workmanship costs, reduce time losses and reduce the amount of raw materials used therein, • a lower body (12) located under main body (1 1 ) easily mountable to main body (1 1 ) by rotating and allowing height adjustment of foot (10) by turning in order to allow oven (20) stand in balanced manner,

• a base part (13) located in lower part of lower body (12) and providing proper seating of foot (10) onto floor.

Figure 1 shows general view of feet (10) and baking oven (20) with feet (10) mounted thereon. The foot (10) of invention is applied in baking ovens (20). However, the invention can also be used in similar other devices operated by gas or electricity in machinery industry or white goods sector in addition to baking ovens (20). In Figure 2 the feet (10) are applied in total four, one on each corner on lower base sheet (23) of the oven (20).

Figure 3a shows general view of demounted status of foot (10) of the invention. Accordingly, the foot (10) comprises a main body (1 1 ) in uniform structure, a lower body (12) mounted under said body (1 1 ) and a base part (13) mounted to lower body (12) under said lower body (12). Said main body (1 1 ) comprises a cylindrical outer wall (1 1 ) in its main lines. Cylindrical outer wall (1 11 ) is in cylindrical structure and surrounds the main body (1 1 ) from the most out part. Inner part of cylindrical outer wall (1 11 ) comprises an upper threaded pant (1 12). Said upper threaded part

(1 12) provides mounting of the feet (10) to oven (20). Threads on upper threaded part (1 12) are fitted by means of turning threaded part formed on lower base sheet (23) of the oven (20). Threads on the upper threaded part (112) are preferably threaded in metric but treats of different standards according to threaded part on lower base sheet (23) of the oven (20) can be threaded. A lower threaded part

(1 13) is provided under upper threaded part (1 12) inside cylindrical outer way (1 1 1 ). Lower threaded part (1 13) provides connection of main body (1 1 ) to lower body (12). Cylindrical outer wall (1 1 1 ) forming the main body (1 1 ), upper threaded part (1 12) and lower threaded part (1 13) are in uniform structure. For that reason, it can be produced in shorter time during production stage and the amount of raw material used therein is reduced. In addition, working periods of plastic injection machine are reduced.

Figure 3b shows cross-section view of main body (1 1 ) lower body (12) and base part (13) of the foot (10) in demounted status. According to it, it comprises a threaded part (121 ) interlocking into lower threaded part (1 13) of main body (1 1 ) on the lower body (12). Mounting with each other is performed easily by interlocking lower threaded parts (1 13) of main body (1 1 ) and threaded parts (121 ) of lower body (12). Thus, easy mounting to main body (1 1 ) is conducted by rotating lower body (12) and demounting is made by rotating lower body (12) in opposite direction. Base part (13) located on lower part of lower body (12) is placed into lower body (12) and thus proper seating of feet (10) onto floor is provided.

Figure 4a gives general view of mounted status of foot (10) to main body (1 1 ), lower body (12), lower body (12 and base part (13) and figure 4b shows cross- section view of mounted status of foot (10) to main body (1 1 ), lower body (12), lower body (12) and base part (13). The foot (10) is mounted to lower base sheet (23) of the oven (20) in this form. After feet (10) are mounted to oven (20), main body (1 1 ) and lower body (12) are rotated and feet (10) height adjustment can be made. When lower threaded part (1 13) of main body (1 1 ) and threaded part (121 ) of lower body (12) are rotated within each, the distance between main body (1 1 ) and lower body (12) can be adjusted. Thus oven (20) can be provided to stand in a balanced status by adjustments on uneven surfaces. Base part (13) provides standing of feet (10) in solid status on surface.

Figure 5 shows detailed view of mounting of foot (10) to oven (20). The foot (10) is connected to lower base sheet (23) of the oven (20) by foot holder (22). Foot holder (22) is of cylindrical structure and seats into inside part of cylindrical outer wall (1 1 1 ). After foot holder (22) is seated onto cylindrical outer wall (1 1 1 ) foot holder (22) and foot (10) main body (1 1 ) are interconnected by means of mounting apparatus (21 ). Mounting apparatus (21 ) is preferably metric bolt. Flowever, similar different bolt serving same function can be used.

The invention reduces workmanship costs in production and thus reduce time loss thanks to uniform structure of main body (1 1 ). Foot (10), main body (1 1 ), lower body (12) and base part (13) are adjusted for the floor and can be easily mounted to oven (20). Uniform structure of main body (1 1 ) provides reduction in operating periods of plastic injection machines in production.
