Abstract:
Provided is a foot warmer that resists uneven distribution of an exothermic material within a pack and has a reduced maximum temperature on the warming surface, and in which localized high increases in temperature can be suppressed. A foot warmer 1 is disposed between a user's foot and a shoe. The foot warmer 1 comprises: a pack 2 formed into a pouch shape via a front sheet 21 and a rear sheet 22; and an exothermic material 4 sealed within the pack 2. The pack 2 has a joined part 3 where the front sheet 21 and the rear sheet 22 are joined. The joined part 3 includes an edge part 31 formed along at least a portion of the outer periphery of the pack 2, and a projecting part 32 that projects from the edge part 31 toward the exothermic material 4.
