Abstract:
The characteristics of a footwear for health is that the sole is higher on front, lower on rear, higher on out, lower on enter. When the wearer standing on the ground level, the front of foot is higher than the heel, the outer of the foot is higher than the inner of the foot, so the centre of gravity of the body moves to the inner of the rear of the foot, again adjust the tension of the muscle of the waist and back, the backbone stretch straight. Wearing often the footwear the posture of the standing and walking can be corrected, the muscle of the waist and back can be enhanced, chronic lumbago can be prevented, relaxed, treated and sick of cervial vertebra, curative effect are stable and not recurrent. Slimly effect for an adult can be took, recover the figure for the woman of postpartum and orthopaedic for the youngsters are very good.
