Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a footwear sheet and footwear that make it possible to improve efficiency when training a user so as to be able to assume an ideal posture. [Solution] A footwear sheet (30) to be placed in contact with the surface of the sole of a wearer who wears the footwear (1) is provided with a sheet-shaped base (40) and a pressure-applying section (50), which projects from a surface of the base (40) and is formed in a flat shape that is smaller than the flat shape of the surface of the wearer's sole. Of the surfaces of the base (40), the pressure-applying section is provided on the opposite surface, which is the surface on the side opposite to the sole surface. The pressure-applying section (50) contacts a portion of the surface of the wearer's sole indirectly through the base (40). The pressure-applying section (50) makes it possible to correct the surface of the wearer's sole to a shape that corresponds to the shape of the pressure-applying section (50) by making the pressure on the portion of the surface of the wearer's sole to be higher than the pressure on other portions.
