Abstract:
Provided is a force applying device comprising a coil spring; a threadably engaged coil spring which is integrally formed at one end of this coil spring and is threadably mounted on the thread of a bolt inserted into the aforementioned coil spring; and a cylindrical means of fixing the threadably engaged coil spring, the aforementioned cylindrical means covering the outer circumference of the threadably engaged coil spring which is threadably mounted on the thread of this bolt, thereby fixing the threadably engaged coil spring to the thread of the aforementioned bolt. By means of the aforementioned force applying device, a force can always be applied in the direction in which a member attached to the bolt is pressed. In addition, the above-mentioned force applying device can be easily installed in a short time.
