Abstract:

Disclosed is a force-controlled precision machining apparatus, comprising a control system, a robot arm (10), a machining assembly (20), a workbench (30) and a clamping device (40), wherein the machining assembly (20) comprises a torque sensor (21), a fixing base (22), a motorized spindle (23), a rotary shaft (24) and a conductive slipping ring (25); an end of the rotary shaft (24) is provided with a flexible bag (28), and the flexible bag (28) is filled with an electrorheological fluid (29); and the conductive slipping ring (25) is connected to a positive electrode wire and a negative electrode wire. A torque sensor and an electrorheological fluid are provided in a machining assembly; in the machining process, a machining force between the machining assembly and a workpiece is detected by means of the torque sensor, and a control system converts the actual machining force into a position fine-tuning amount of a tail end of a robot arm, so that the robot arm makes feedback and carries out adjustment, thereby realizing real-time control over the machining force between the machining assembly and the workpiece, such that the machining force is kept constant in the machining process, the machining efficiency is greatly improved while the surface precision of the workpiece is ensured, the production efficiency is relatively high, the consistency of products is relatively good, and the application range is relatively wide.
