Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a sensor capable of detecting a plurality of vector quantities. A force sensor (1) is provided with a base (2), a table (3) having six degrees of freedom with respect to the base (2) and disposed so as to face the base (2), and six coupling parts disposed in parallel in order to couple the table (3) and the base (2).  The coupling part includes a bearing (6) having three degrees of freedom and subjected to the motion of the table (3), a bearing (7) having two degrees of freedom and subjected to the motion of the bearing (6), a rod (4) one end of which is connected to the bearing (6) and the other end of which is connected to the bearing (7), and an arm (5) one end of which is connected to the bearing (7) and the other end of which is fixed to the base (2), the coupling part coupling the table (3) and the base (2) and being provided with a detection element (8) for detecting the displacement and/or deformation of the arm (5).
