Abstract:
A force sensor, wherein a cylindrical movable body 12 is configured to be capable of motion with respect to a cylindrical main body 11. A strain body 16 is fixed to the main body and the movable body, and is configured so as to be able to deform in accordance with motion of the movable body 12. A distortion sensor 26 is provided to the strain body. The movable body 12 has at least three circular openings 13 at equal intervals on the periphery thereof. Stoppers 14 are disposed inside the openings 13, and each stopper 14 has a first side surface 14a having a first outside diameter smaller than the diameter of the openings 13, and a second side surface 14b having a second outside diameter smaller than the first diameter. Fixing members 15 fix the stoppers 14 to the main body 11.
