Abstract:
Disclosed is a force sensor. The force sensor comprises: a first permanent magnet layer; a magnetic tunnel junction body disposed on the first permanent magnet layer and having a preset resistance value; and a second permanent magnet layer disposed to be spaced apart from the magnetic tunnel junction body, wherein, if pressure is applied from the outside, then the second permanent magnet layer moves towards the first permanent magnet layer, and, if the strength of the magnetic field formed between the first permanent magnet layer and the second permanent magnet layer due to the movement of the second permanent magnet layer is greater than or equal to a preset strength, then, for the magnetic tunnel junction body, the preset resistance value changes, and the pressure can be sensed on the basis of the change in the preset resistance value.
