Abstract:
Disclosed is a forced circulation mechanical vapor compression device, comprising a heat exchanger, a vapor compressor and a circulation pump. A liquid inlet is provided at the lower part of the vapor compressor and is used for introducing waste water into the vapor compressor. A liquid inlet end of the circulation pump is in communication with the bottom of the vapor compressor via a liquid discharge pipe, and a liquid discharge end of the circulation pump is in communication with the heat exchanger. A liquid outlet pipe is in communication with the top of the vapor compressor, the liquid outlet pipe is in communication with the input end of the vapor compressor, and an output end of the vapor compression end is in communication with the heat exchanger via a first gas inlet pipe. In the present invention, waste water is introduced into the vapor compressor via the liquid inlet, and is mixed with waste water which is being circulated; the vapor is introduced into the vapor compressor via the liquid outlet pipe, is introduced into the heat exchanger after being pressurized, and is condensed into distilled water in the heat exchanger; after the vapor is gradually discharged, the waste water is concentrated and crystallized, and the concentrated wastewater and the crystals are discharged by means of the circulation pump, so that not only the concentration efficiency is high, but also the running energy consumption is low.
