A forced draft ambient air vaporizer is disclosed. The forced draft ambient air vaporizer comprises: a plurality of fin tubes which are provided inside a vaporizer frame in an extending zigzag form along a first direction and the height direction of the vaporizer frame, have high-pressure cryogenic gas pass through the insides thereof, and are arranged along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; an atmospheric circulation apparatus which is connected to the upper end part of the vaporizer frame so as to be positioned at the upper-end opening-side of the vaporizer frame, and introduces air from the atmosphere into the vaporizer frame or discharges the air from the atmosphere introduced inside the vaporizer frame to the outside of the vaporizer frame; and a plurality of electric heaters which are provided inside the vaporizer frame so as to be positioned at the upper-end opening-side or the lower-end opening-side of the vaporizer frame, are disposed between the plurality of fin tubes by being arranged along the direction in which the plurality of fin tubes are arranged, and raise the temperature of the atmosphere introduced inside the vaporizer frame to the dew point or higher.
