Abstract:
A forcedly integrated air inlet and exhaust system for wood drying device comprises a forward circulation inner inlet pipe (32), a forward circulation inner exhaust pipe (35), reverse circulation inner inlet pipe (21), a reverse circulation inner exhaust pipe (18) and so on. The forward circulation inner inlet pipe (32) and a forward circulation inner exhaust pipe (35) are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction, and two pipes are formed between a forward circulation inner inlet pipe (32) and a forward circulation exhaust pipe (35) by first clapboard (33). The reverse circulation inner inlet pipe (21) and a reverse circulation inner exhaust pipe (18) are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction, and two pipes are formed between a reverse circulation inner air inlet pipe (21) and a reverse circulation exhaust pipe (18) by second clapboard (20). The forcedly integrated air inlet and exhaust system for wood drying device can overcome the shortcomings of the existing wood drying device that the air inlet and exhaust system comprises a plurality of groups of scattered air inlet and exhaust channels, which results in large heat losses and part of wet air heated by a heater is directly discharged out of the drying device without flowing through the wood thereby heat energy is wasted.
