Abstract:
Provided is a foreign object removal device (100) capable of removing a foreign object adhered to a workpiece efficiently. This foreign object removal device (100) removes a foreign object adhered to the outer peripheral surface of a workpiece (W) obtained by cutting the outer peripheral surface of a laminate formed by laminating a plurality of films with an adhesive layer. The foreign object removal device (100) is equipped with a holding unit (10) for holding the workpiece (W) so that the outer peripheral surface is exposed, a feeding roller (21) for feeding an adhesive tape (30), a winding roller (22) for winding the adhesive tape (30) fed from the feeding roller (21), and a contact roller (23) placed between the feeding roller (21) and the winding roller (22) and configured to be able to press the adhesive tape (30) against the workpiece (W).
