Title:
FOREIGN SUBSTANCE REMOVING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/044389
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention prevents a contact between a piston and a cylinder while the piston moves. The present invention is provided with: a cylinder 21 having a piston support part 22 having an inner space formed as a movement space 36; a piston 27 which is movably supported by the cylinder and discharges the fluid introduced into the cylinder; a nozzle 6 which injects, toward an object 100 to be cleaned, the fluid discharged by the piston; a bias spring 32 which biases the piston; and a moving mechanism 8 which applies a moving force to the piston. The movement direction of the piston is a first direction in which the fluid is discharged; the piston is moved in the first direction by the biasing force of the bias spring; the piston is provided with an actuation part 28 moved in the movement space; a protruding part 35 or a recess part 28c is formed on the actuation part; an insertion recess section 34, in which the protruding part can be inserted, or an insertion protruding section 21a, which can be inserted into the recess part, is formed on the piston support part; and in a state in which the piston moves in the first direction and the protruding part or the insertion protruding section is inserted into the insertion recess section or the recess part, a compression space for the fluid is formed in the movement space.
