Abstract:
A fork assembly (100) and a forklift having the same are provided. The fork assemb- ly includes a mast (130); a fork (110); and a rotation device (120). The rotation device includes: a first connecting member (121) connected to the fork; a second connecting member (122) connected to the mast and connected to the first connect- ing member rotatably around a rotation axis, the rotation axis extending along an upper-lower direction; and a driving member (124) configured to drive the fork to rotate around the rotation axis.
