Abstract:
A fork poking device used between moveable beams of a maglev switch, comprising a fork poking hinge mechanism and a fork poking unit, the fork poking hinge mechanism comprising a base (7) and a hinge shaft (2) provided on the base (7), a sliding sleeve (3) and an antifriction plate (5) being coaxially sleeved on the hinge shaft (2) successively from inside to outside, the rotation of the hinge shaft (2) being able to drive the sliding sleeve (3) and the antifriction plate (5) to rotate; the fork poking unit comprises a fork poking plate (10), the middle portion of an extended end thereof being open to form an U shape having two legs; the hinge shaft (2) of the fork poking hinge mechanism and the sliding sleeve (3) and the antifriction plate (5) are used to pass through the opening of fork poking plate (10) such that, when the rotation of a driving beam drives the antifriction plate (5) to rotate, the fork poking plate (10) is driven by means of a frictional force to rotate accordingly, thereby driving a driven beam to rotate accordingly. Said fork poking device is not only able to ensure the driven beam to be driven to rotate together with the driving beam when the driving beam rotates, but also decreases the frictional resistance during the fork poking process, better smoothing the rotation of the driven beam driven by the driving beam, reducing the wear of the fork poking hinge mechanism, and improving the abrasion resistance performance and the service life of the fork poking device.
