Abstract:
The present invention prevents an unmanned forklift 10 from colliding with a rack 34 or a pallet 32 even when the position of the pallet 32 is shifted forward or rearward with respect to the rack 34. The unmanned forklift 10 that takes out a load 31 placed on the pallet 32 from the rack 34 comprises: a claw part 22 which is inserted into a fork insertion hole 33 formed in the pallet 32, and raises the load 31 placed on the pallet 32; a recognition camera 23 that acquires an image of the frame of the rack 34 in which the load 31 is stored and an image of the pallet 32 stored in the rack 34; and a control unit that determines the amount of forward movement of the unmanned forklift 10 on the basis of the image of the frame and the image of the pallet 32 acquired by the recognition camera 23, and moves the unmanned forklift 32 forward toward the load 31 by the determined amount of forward movement.
