Abstract:
A formaldehyde adsorption material, which is composed of raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 100 parts of activated carbon, 10 to 30 parts of calcium carbonate, 20 to 60 parts of ethanol, 5 to 25 parts of maifanite stone, 20 to 40 parts of sepiolite, 15 to 35 parts of glycine, 1 to 20 parts of perlite, 1 to 5 parts of sodium nitrate, 6 to 10 parts of ammonium bicarbonate, 2 to 6 parts of titanium dioxide, 3 to 7 parts of methyl cellulose, 13 to 17 parts of iron orthophosphate, 5 to 25 parts of magnesium chloride, and 12 to 18 parts of talcum powder. The product has a high formaldehyde removal rate of 98-99.8%, strong wear resistance and a long service life, and is reusable and environmentally friendly. In addition, the product has a fast adsorption speed and a wide adsorption range. After placing the product into a confined space with a formaldehyde content of 400-500μg/m3 for 40-48h, the formaldehyde concentration is 1-8 μg/m3. A preparation method is simple, with low cost and strong operability, enabling wide production and continuous replacement of existing materials.
