Abstract:
A forming and gluing device for double corrugated paper cores of four-layer paperboard
includes a wall (1), an upper corrugating driving roller (3), a lower corrugating
driving roller (2), an upper corrugating driven roller (6), a lower corrugating
driven roller (13), an adhesive applying roller (9) and an adhesive pressing
roller (11). The tips of the teeth of the driving rollers are provided oppositely.
The device also includes a sliding block (7) for the upper corrugating driven
roller, a sliding block (14) for the lower corrugating driven roller and a sliding
block (12) for the adhesive pressing roller. The rollers are provided on the sliding
blocks respectively to adjust the gap between rollers. In the structure, the
forming and gluing of double corrugated paper cores are integrated at a normal
temperature. Therefore it ensures the thickness and intensity of the paperboard.
