Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a forming machine capable of stabilizing the size of a portion, the size of which is to be managed, of a workpiece without requiring skill.
[Solution] In this forming machine, using the model formula of an autoregressive model of the latest actual measured sizes of a plurality of workpieces and correction amounts when the workpieces are formed, a correction amount with respect to the pressing amount of a forming tool when a workpiece is formed next is calculated, thereby enabling the control of the pressing amount of the forming tool while the influence of variations in forming is suppressed and stabilizing the size of a portion, the size of which is to be managed, of the workpiece. Moreover, since the forming machine itself identifies the model formula of the autoregressive model, skill is not required.
